Amish Sour Cream Apple Pie
My Second Public Creation - 2/23/2007Ok, so what is in store for my second post? Well again, I apologize, I have not been feeling in an "Asian" mood lately, so I will stick to my cravings. This unique little pie is spectacular. I remember the first time I tried it, it was at a dinner part and I was blown away. This is now my FAVORITE Pie EVER!. Please, I just beg you, use the freshest apples you can find. It makes a world of difference. Also be sure to use a dairy sour cream, not a sour cream substitute! That is VERY important. Other than that, enjoy this heavenly pie!
